Responsibilities:
- Coordination between endusers and respective telecom companies on mobile phone services.
- Mobile Phone Device Repair Management includes liaising with external vendors for support
- Manage asset inventory list
- Generate monthly reports
Requirements:
- Singaporean / PR only
- Minimum Diploma-Holder
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical, proactive, able to work independently and multi-tasks in fast-paced environment.
- Start work immediately
- Basic IT knowledge
- Fresh grads are welcome
