Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Handle incoming calls (Call screening), taking messages and directing calls / queries as required
- Ensure frontline enquiries and excellent customer service is delivered
- Arrange appointment and bookings
- Tidy & maintain office area
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person who excels at providing clear and concise service to customers in person and over the telephone. The candidate will be available evenings and weekends for a total of 15-25 hours per week. Must be able to speak clear and proper English, have basic computer literacy, and be very punctual/reliable. University/Polytechnic students preferred. Starting wage $7-$9/hr. Due to hiring restrictions, only Singaporeans and PRs will be considered.
