Temp Warehouse Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Work with existing warehouse team to ensure smooth execution of store activities
- Products Receiving, Picking and Packing for shipments
- Other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level.
- Able to start immediately
Temp Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Inventory and location Accuracy
- Check the result of daily cycle count sheet and tally against the system and other documents.
- Update system's stock location, quantity and type of client accordingly.
- Order processing for incoming and outgoing shipment
- Print and prepare picking plan for warehouse team to pick for outgoing shipment.
- Update system milestone such as GER., GI etc on timely manner.
- Verify and coordinate with customer's) on the details of order to ensure a smooth flow of physical shipment.
- Coordinate with customer and internal departments on the order processing for Import/ Export/ Local delivery and collection activities.
- Ensure data in warehouse system are updated
Requirements:
- Min GCE N, O levels or NITEC. Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Office application (MS Excel and Outlook)
- Good customer service, communication skills and knowledge in WMS
- Knowledge of common methodology of order processing for delivery and collection.
- Able to commit to OT.
