An online bookstore in Singapore requires a Customer Service Officer
6-month contract to Permanent
Full-time 9.30am -5 pm Monday to Friday
Only for Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
Foreigners need not apply
Salary $1.4-1.7k depending on experience
Work location, 51 Ubi Avenue 1. Nearest MRT: Macpherson, Paya Lebar, Eunos
Job scope
* Respond to customer queries via phone/email
* Sorting of books as and when required
* Do admin stuff like record-keeping, mailing, documentation etc
Requirements
1. Excellent oral and written English
2. Pleasant personality
3. Internet-savvy and familiar with web environment, especially with regards online shopping
4. Fast and meticulous worker
5. Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel (basic excel formulas)
Optional:
1. Knowledge of Accounting
2. Class 3 licence
