Temp Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales Support) - 6 months x1
Responsibilities
Order processing and Supply Chain Management (sales orders, delivery orders etc)
Monitor Material needs and Co-ordinate Material purchase (PR, PO)
Maintaining Stock Inventory (Stock aging etc)
Statistic Reports (Sales, Inventory, Shipment in Progress)
Requirements
Min. 2 years of inside sales support/order processing experience
Basic inventory purchasing and management skills
Meticulous and good with numbers
Good communication skills

Salary up to $2300
Procurement Executive - 6 months (conversion to permanent)
Responsibilities
Assist to oversee the implementation of policies and workflow on procurement
Manage and coordinate procurement related activities against the allocated financial budget
Assist the Procurement Manager in the tender and contract administration execution
Sourcing for suppliers, if necessary
Manage suppliers' fulfillment of contracts
Procurement requisitions
Drive cost reduction activities
Proper procurement record keeping and documentation
Requirements
Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement preferably in a healthcare industry
Provide support in obtaining the required services and products within the procurement procedures
Candidates who can start within short notice is preferred
