Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Handling General HR Matters
* Handling Recruitment and Payroll matters
* Preparing Payroll every month
* Conduct and Arrange interview
* Maintain personal files and update employees’ details into HR System
* Provide administrative support to the department
* Update staff profile information and leave
* Prepare foreign worker’s employment contracts, renewals, confirmation, salary adjustment
* Arrange orientation for new workers
Requirements:
* 5.5 days, 11am onwards
* Able to start work in a short notice period
* Minimum Diploma in HR or 2 Years experience in HR.
* Proficient in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage
This is a Contract to Permanent Position.
