Job Description:

Requires Chinese language
Chinese Affiliate Activities – Handle Chinese Enrolments, includes filing, scanning and updating information into in-house system
Generate reports and manage invoices
Uploading of content onto web
Support Asia Operations in the event that India team is on leave
Incoming outgoing couriers and mails
Follow up on receivers’ wrong address and correct data

Others
Fulfillment -
Printing of ID membership card, welcome, confirmation and acknowledge letter (collaterals for member kit)
Fold, insert collaterals and prepare membership kit to be sent out
Other Ad hoc duties

Requirements:
Literate in Internet, Microsoft office applications, typing skills
Bilingual in Chinese and English

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Location:
Near Marymount MRT Station

Salary:
$5-$6.50 per hour
