Job scope:
- Handle IT helpdesk hotline
- Provide 1st Level helpdesk support via phone/email/remote access
- Provide onsite troubleshooting when problems cannot be resolved through the phone/email/remote access
- Provide onsite IT support
- Perform onsite Operating System Installation of computers: Desktop/notebook
- Install and configure Printers, Antivirus, Microsoft office, related applications, updates and patches
- Update and maintain Helpdesk system
- Escalate hardware failures to Manufacturer and co-ordinate manufacturer onsite/carry-in warranty
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Windows XP/Vista/7 in Windows domain environment
- Knowledge in Window Server Active directory & Exchange server will be an advantage
- Able to communicate well in English/Mandarin (Read/Write/Speak)
- Must be able to work independently
- Experience in Helpdesk and call support
- 1-2years of helpdesk/IT support experience (fresh grads are welcomed to apply)
Office Location: Woodlands industrial park (Near Singapore safety driving centre)
Working hours: 830am - 530pm
Lunch hour: 12pm-1pm
5 days work week
Enduser Onsite Location: Shenton way, UBI and Marsiling
Salary: $1500 + $200 (Transport allowance)
1year contract (renewable)
