Description:
- Duration: 3 to 6 months contract
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: 5 days work week / 9am to 6pm
- Gender: No Preference
- Salary: $6.50 / hr
Requirements:
- Must be above 20s year old
- Able to start work immediately
- Qualifications: GCE 'A' Level and above
- Relevant Purchasing / Procurement experience an advantage
- Those without experience but interested to join Purchasing line is welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a good team player
- Hardworking with a good working attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Dress code for work: Office attire, no jeans please
Job Scopes:
- General procurement admin and manage filing of purchasing related documents
- Monitoring / Follow-up with order acknowledgements upon PO issuance
- Maintain the product catalogue library and documents storage
- Answering calls for the procurement department and office
- Coordinating purchasing related matters with accounts, vendors, rig personnel
- Courier of documents / goods to the respective base office
- Any other responsibilities / tasks assigned by the buyers
