The main job scope, in the first month, will be admin work and handling of customers’ orders. Eventually, the Account Executive will move on to B2B sales and handle more sales responsibilities.

Duties / Responsibilities include the following:
Sales Support 1. Ensuring the smooth day to day counter service operation including handling incoming calls. 2. Handling Purchase Order submitted from Agency or Customer Service, issuance of Temporary Receipt and Official Receipt for all types of receipts. 3. To maintain daily/weekly/monthly collection report to Sale Support Executive for review. 4. Handling of company product enquiries and reservation, processing of booking and confirmation of sales, cancellation of sales, transfer cases, change of purchaser name and change of address and addressee. 5. Assist to monitor agent’s sales collection and monthly installment payments, call for payments and report on outstanding payments. 6. To assist in daily operations of credit control monitoring, collection follow-ups, with timely and accurate reports and feedbacks to superior. 7. Controlling of product’s file number. 8. Monitoring and checking of all the sales related documents received to ensure that completeness of the documents and accuracy of the information keyed into the computer system. 9. Follow up with Finance Department on the customer booking or excess payment refund. 10. Sales material and stock replenishment request (e.g. Purchase Order form, candle, tapes, brochures, t-shirt, sales kit etc) to administrator/site admin assistant. 11. Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.
